The high schools provide instruction for grades 9-12. Lake Oswego High School and Lakeridge High School have been selected as two of the nation's most outstanding secondary schools in the U.S. Department of Education's National Secondary Schools Recognition Award program. Both schools offer a challenging, comprehensive academic program with a college preparatory focus. More than 80 percent of Lake Oswego students go on to college.

Honors and advanced classes encourage intensive study while specialists provide learning support and remedial assistance. A wide range of elective programs offers students the opportunity to develop specialized interests and skills.
