Strategic
Action Planning

The school board and administration have
undertaken a strategic action planning process to address anticipated
reductions in state funding for schools, as well as the approaching
depletion of the district's cash reserves.
A series of planning documents and recommendations has been developed. Strategies will continue to evolve as the economic picture becomes more clearly defined. At its meeting on Monday, April 8, board members took the difficult but necessary steps of making decisions on recommendations for cost reduction and reorganization. Note:
