hires the superintendent to administer the district's program. Administration: The superintendent is responsible for following the policies and guidelines of the school board in the administration of the school district's programs and operations. The superintendent works directly with the district administrative staff to manage the district. Building principals are responsible to the superintendent for the administration of each school's educational program and operations. |
